There’s no better introduction to student housing than The Retreat East. With a premier location just across the street from the University of Central Florida campus, our community provides residents with the freedom of off campus living while still offering the convenience of a short commute to class. Student life isn’t all about coursework though, which is why our apartments by UCF offer a myriad of lavish amenities to help students lead a well-balanced lifestyle. Students can spend their free time relaxing on our poolside terrace near our resort-style pool or mingling with fellow residents in our 9,000+ square-foot clubhouse. When game day comes around, our outdoor gaming lawn, JumboTron screen, and hammocks and cabanas are the perfect place to cheer on the Knights with fellow students. When it’s time to get back to the grind, residents can achieve their fitness goals at our two-story fitness center or hit the books in one of our study lounges or at our 24-hour computer lab.
